At Airdrop Wear, you have 30 days to return or exchange any product. No hassle. No excuses. Just quality service.
Returns
If you want to return a product you ordered, send us an email at support@airdropwear.com. In your email, please include the following information:
- the order number related to the return
- which product you wish to return
In response to your email, we will inform you about the next steps!
IMPORTANT — Do not send back your item before contacting us. We’ll guide you through the return process.
RETURN WINDOW — You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return it.
Exchanges
If you want to exchange a product from your order, follow the same procedure as for returns:
- first return the item — follow the steps outlined above. Start with an email sent to support@airdropwear.com
- we will refund you for the product you ordered
- then place an order for the new product and pay for it
