Order Cancellation
📦 After placing your order, you can cancel it until we start the printing process. In this case, we will refund you the entire amount, including any shipping costs. Let us know as soon as possible at 📧 support@airdropwear.com.
Changing the Delivery Address
🏠 If you want to change the address to which we should send the products, we can do that until we ship the order. Just write to us at 📧 support@airdropwear.com.
Adding or Removing Products
Unfortunately, we cannot add or remove products from an already placed order. Here’s what you can do:
- Cancel and Place a New Order: If the order has not yet been printed, cancel it and place a new one that includes the correct number of products.
- Additional Order: If the order has already been shipped and you want to add a product, simply place another order.
- Cancel a Product: If the order has already been printed and you want to cancel a product, follow the instructions on the returns or exchanges page (after all, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee!).
